Sorry for such a late update. During the past month, my group has not had a chance to play much. But now, we're back. The last part of Hell's Kitchen will be up shortly.
My players have begun finding and translating several pieces of the Shinwa Taizen. Therefore, I have created a new blog specifically listing those Chapters (Aya) that have been found and translated.
You can find the Shinwa Taizen under the Resources section listed on the left hand side.

I really enjoy this chronicle, Xiaolung. At first, when I saw it between other WoD links I thought: "Another silly manga-WoDish campaign". I must say, now, I'm impressed. This is a thoroughly well researched Japan setting, with a lot of flavor brewing from different sources (WoD, the new japanese horror movies, traditional japanese legends, etc). I'm looking forward to your next installment, and I apologized for not give you my support and not introduce myself earlier.

I know it has been a while since I have updated. Life crept up and and have interferred.
I have run 3 chapters since my last posting and have almost written them all to my liking. It's not done yet, but I will be finishing very soon.
